I came on Sunday 7th October with my elderly mum who was having breathing difficulties due to a chest infection. We were greeted by a lovely, friendly lady and were initially told it would be approximately a 30 minute wait which we were quite happy with.
However, the lovely receptionist called me over and put us in next and we were seen within 10 mins of arrival. The friendly helpful manner of the staff went along was wonderful in comparison to other places where it has not been quite so friendly and helpful.
The lady doctor was very thorough and we found the whole experience to be extremeley good.
