(as a relative),

I recently visited my father in Rowan Ward, Northampton, before he was transferred home. Sadly, he is in the final stages of life, but I can't speak highly enough of the ward staff: their kindness, efficiency, thoughtfulness - despite the large number of patients they have to look after - was quite unbelievable!

These amazing, underpaid people show complete dedication and professionalism, as well as being so genuinely caring. Thank you to all of you wonderful people!
