I had my gallbladder removed laparoscopically on 5th nov 2018. The care I received was exceptional. As I was first on the list I was admitted straight to recovery, then returned to recovery after surgery. The recovery staff and anaesthetic staff were all so friendly, caring and helpful. Then the care on the ward was also excellent. All staff were great. So helpful, kind and caring. I did not feel any pressure to leave the ward once I had recovered. Also the ward was very clean.
