"Terrible practice"

About: Dr H Lloyd's Practice

A medical practice with no doctor, no locum attending in doctor's absence and no nurse practitioner present! Any contact with the doctor is through messages passed via the receptionist and usually results in a prescription being sent to a pharmacy. If you are very fortunate you may qualify for a telephone consultation or if you can wait a couple of weeks an actual appointment with a doctor.

The reception staff are very friendly, helpful and probably spend their days speaking to angry disappointed patients.

Thank you for your comment. You can book appointments online, by phone or in person to see our GP or Practice Nurse. You can book appointments for the same day (triaged) and up to three weeks in advance and these can be telephone or video consultations.

On the 'NHS App' or 'Patient Access' you can book appointments online, look at test results, your medical record and order repeat prescriptions. If you need help to access healthcare please contact us directly on 0161 426 5198 or email our Practice Director sophie.lloyd6@nhs.net
