my daughter refused to have her flu vac in school the othet day so I booked to have it done at the surgery an they rang me up an told me she coudnt have it done as she can have it done in school so I explained to them what happened an they told me I would have to go somewhere else my daughter is four yrs old .

I am sorry to report that the surgery does not hold the contract for vaccinating school age children. If your child misses their vaccination at school, we are required to direct you to one of the "catch up" clinics run by Virgin Care. I can understand that this may be more difficult than attending your local surgery, but I regret that we do not have any choice in the matter. Emma Rayment, Practice Manager.
