About: Sentinel Healthcare Southwest Community Interest Company / Referral & Appointment Booking Team

(as the patient),

All very good. My GP referred me and less that 1 week Sentinel rang offering me Derriford/Cumberland/Mount Gould - I chose Mount Gould as nearest. She said as it was so short notice I may receive no letter in time but she gave me instructions but actually the letter arrived on Saturday.
