(as a friend),

I tried looking on your website (on my phone) so that I could direct my friend to where she can leave feedback and there’s no obvious place.

Way too many clicks to expect her to follow to find this page.

I feel very frustrated because I work in an NHS trust in patient Experience and had been encouraging her to tell you about her experiences of Rennie Grove.

I think your Comms team should help. Your clinical and exec teams are missing out on patient feedback.

'Just dropping a line to confirm that we have now set up a feedback page live on the Rennie Grove website.

The page is clearly visible on the drop down menu which says Patients and Families.'

Hello It is an improvement that now when one types “feedback” into the search I can navigate to it in a couple of clicks. It’d be fabulous if it was as prominent as the “donate” section but I hope the change you’ve made helps you to get more feedback. All the best.
