been waiting for 6 months to see someone 2 cancelled appointments due to unforeseen circumstances the third appointment cancelled the day before and was Itild that the Consultant was rejecting my referral.
Why wait until the day before the third appointment ?
In extreme pain which is getting worse every day.
Rang PALS who assured me that they would look into this ASAP and call me back to give me an update that day

A week later and no call from them.
Had to ring them to chase this up and have finally gotten an appointment for next week but lack of communication is terrible
My main concern and unanswered question is why did the consultant agree in May to see me then cancel my appointment twice then cancel my third appointment the day before and then say I’m not going to see you !!!!
I have been and am under different departments within this hospital for a number of yrs this is the first time I’ve had an issue but appointment times are definitely getting longer and most of mine are being cancelled quite regularly.
