What I liked

If finding a lump in my breast just before Christmas was a little worrying; the subsequent diagnosis and treatment should have been terrifying . . .

However, thanks to the excellent staff involved in my care, the experience has been entirely manageable.

I have felt safe and well cared for and have absolute confidence in every member of the multidisciplinary team - the receptionist staff, radiology staff, the surgical team, anaesthetist and all those wonderful nurses - not just my breast care nurse but everyone I met at - preop clinic, on TAU and in theatre . I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and professionalism.
