"Spine surgery Atkinson Morley"

About: St George's Hospital (Tooting) / Neurosurgery

I was pleased with the efficiency of the staff - medical, nursing, support - who worked together well to ensure an overall good level of care, Always room for improvement, but medically they new what had to be done, and the surgery seemed well organised, with the recovery team highlighting this. The nursing and support staff, though sometimes lacking continuity and sufficient resource, were generally focused on my welfare, and seemed to have a genuine concern for patient progress. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Dear Sir/Madam,

As a trust we really appreciate all comments our patients and visitor post here, regarding their care experiences received at St George's Hospital.

I am so pleased to read of your satisfaction about your patient journey with both medical and nursing support provided by the Neurosurgery Team that in turn you say 'ensured an overall good level of care!' We appreciate your observations of where the service can be improved in continuity and resources and are keen to use this feedback in helping us to improve for the future .

Kind Regards

Elaine Bucknor
