"Booking system not for my for purpose and..."

The appointment booking service is not helpful at all ,

They are good if you need a same day urgent appointment, but if you want to book a less urgent appointment for later in the week (or the week after) at a time that suits you ( or frankly for any time) the system employed here is appalling. You will be told that they can not look at any future appointments and that you have to call back at 8am the following day as that is when the appointment data is loaded into the system.

There is a lack of consistency between the GPs and my most recent visit I was asked what I wanted rather than try and diagnose...I don't know that is why I have come to see the GP! I was made to feel like a time waster albeit I had just had major surgery with a few debilitating complications , if I knew there was a better option in my area I would most certainly move surgery .

On a positive note the attached pharmacy is excellent.
