"No one answers the phone"

About: Lister Hospital / Ophthalmology

I have been trying to phone the Opthalmology department for 3 days now.

I waited over an hour on day one, I never moved ahead of queue position 4

On day 2 I was held 10th in the queue and gave up after half an hour.

Today, day 3, I have been holding on for 1 hour and 45 minutes, I was in queue position 9 and have now moved to queue position 3.

This is a diabolical service.
