"Colonoscopy Clinic"

I had an appointment with a Surgeon on the 19th October 2018. The reception was very busy with a number of patients 'lined up' in chairs and wheelchairs waiting.He was running late. The consultation seemed very rushed and I wasn't sure about the way he explained the procedure. After I got the appointment for the Colonoscopy through the post I had to ring to change it as my wife is disabled but you can never get a reply so had to leave a message. 2 days later a nurse rang from the clinic. She was very dismissive and said we can't give the appointment to anyone else now. as there isn't time although the letter says you can change the appointment up to twice.

I really have no confidence in this service. They are more interested in meeting targets than in patient care. I wouldn't recommend anyone using this service.
