Following a late afternoon appointment at her optician, my wife was told she had to attend the eye hospital that day due to concerns held by the optician.
On arrival at reception she received a professional and friendly service. After being swiftly seen by triage nurses, she was advised where to go to wait for the doctor, including how many patients were ahead of her, and how many doctors were on duty.
My wife was quickly seen by the doctor who did the examination. Confirmed my wife was ok. She was also advised why she had been referred to the eye hospital, and what to look out for in the future if further symptoms occurred.
Fantastic service by all, and certainly not the service often described in the media.
Grateful thanks to all at the Eye Hospital.
"Fantastic service, all sorted in an hour"
