"Unscheduled trip to A+E"

I attended A+E after falling downstairs while visiting my family. I was treated with the upmost respect at all times. The department was busy and the service was excellent. All the staff that dealt with me was lovely and welcoming and made the experience a lot nicer.

From the receptionist, The male Nurse Practitioner who triaged me, the X-ray lady and the female Nurse Practitioner who explained what I had done and what we was going to do about it. She arranged for me to attend the fracture clinic in my home town of Chesterfield. I am a health care professional in the NHS and it is good to know that the standards I hold personally in my hospital are the same as in Maidstone A+E. Thank you all for your excellent service keep up the good work
