"Fitting of Hearing Aid."

I would like to compliment the staff in the Audiology Dept at Stafford County Hospital. They were very courteous and helpful. In particular I wish to thank the consultant who tested my hearing and on the day of my visit and fitted me with a hearing aid which I have found to be most beneficial. I have been diagnosed with an Acoustic Nueroma in my left ear which was discovered from an MRI scan arranged by my Doctor and consultant at the Wolverhampton Road ENT Dept. My consultant has an excellent manner being friendly and concerned for my needs and very skilled and professional. He put me at ease as soon as we met and explained what could be done to give me a small level of improved hearing and proceeded with the treatment in a very caring manner and I thank him for his effort and expertise he is a credit to his department and the NHS. I look forward to seeing him again at my next appointment in December.
