I have had the need to visit the Breast Clinic at the Borders General Hospital in Melrose around 5 times now.

The speedy response to a GP referral and subsequent appointment at the breast clinic is invaluable and eliminates the long period of worry and anxiety often preceding such an appointment.

The staff on reception, the nurses, consultants, radiographers and mammogram operators, without fail, are friendly, efficient and take great care of the patients within their departments.

I have been treated very well on every single visit, for which I am extremely thankful.

The team work hard to ensure the patients visit and journey is smooth, efficient and individuals are well supported and it is reassuring to hear that they are able to do this.
