What I liked

haematology and phlebotomy have been extremely polite, efficient, and helpful, barring one secretary to my consultant, the flip side of broomfield hospital, where excellence and totally unproffessional inadequacy both exist. I have regular blood tests for post thyroidectomy calcium deficiency, and for onset insulin dependant Diabetes myelitis, and am always treated with thorough ,efficient and politeness. My consultant has nearly finished with me, a Doctor having tested me and eliminate for chromezonal genetic disorders, and leukemia. He has also conducted himself professionally well.

What could be improved

Again if the staff calling themselves consultants in psychiatry and neurology , had not misrepresented me and my condition, understanding between patient and consultant might have been reached earlier, though the man is also extremely entertaining and has a sense of humour that makes being his patient an easy experience.

Anything else?
