"podiatry"

i have now been waiting 3 weeks for insoles to be sent out. I have just phoned about this and they say it can take 3-6 weeks to be made.

They never say this when you go. they only keep your diagnosis open for 10 weeks, so by the time you get your insoles, 6 weeks can have gone by, and you are left with 4 weeks to get to grips with the insoles, if not you have to start the whole process from scratch.

What a farce.
