We attended out of hours yesterday morning as my son was showing signs and symptoms for croup
The dr we seen was in my opinion best dr we’ve seen ever and my boy has been in and out ward 19 on wishaw a few times and have never experienced the care and show of understanding like this ever

He signed to my son making him understand what going to happen
Examined him out in the open waiting area rather than in a small bright lighted room
Understood patient needs and made a quick decision with my views into Consideration
He even made my son's anti biotics up while I got him back into his car where he felt safe and the dr brought the anti biotics to front door making its easier for my son and I
Honestly all drs should take note of the selfless act DR CODEY showed us thanks from the bottom of a tired and emotional mum you made the visit which is usually very upsetting a nice relaxed visit so thank you!!!
My sons needs were met and more!!!
