I have sent the following email to my GP:-

"During my sleep last night, I have twisted my knee while lying horizontally without doing any special movements, except turning in my sleep.

I woke up with a swollen right knee, and without being able to put any weight on my right leg. I cannot walk to the bathroom. Much less so to the surgery.

Will you be kind enough to pop in this morning asap and see how you can help me ? "

By 12:30:-- Midday the GP was by my home bedside and gave me a full emergency treatment.

We, thus, thank our GP so much for his very exceptional home visit last Wednesday 7/11/18 when he really salvaged my mobility by his excellent emergency treatment of my locked right knee which ligaments were torn during the night.

We are really lucky and proud to have a extraordinarily competent and human GP.
