*Since the dermatology is for both Thurrock and Basildon I’ll be posting this in both*
Initially had appointment on 1st June (after waiting 5 months for one) and was sent a letter for brentwood hospital, however once there we was told it was actually at Basildon (apparently this had happened 4 times before us already that day). Having missed that appointment the next one was 17th September and I was told I’d need treatment and would need to call back to confirm a date. After getting put on hold and sent around in circles for the right department I spoke to a lady who said she would call me back before the end of her shift which never happened *pretends to be shocked*. So finally after waiting a week I decided to call them back when they told me “we don’t offer that treatment anymore we contacted everyone asking them to contact us so we could tell them but funnily enough no one called” *again, pretends to be shocked that no one called back*. Wasted almost a year getting messed around with this department and I am so dissapointed. Fair enough if treatment has stopped but sort out your organisation and communication skills and your awful telephone line.
"The worst department"
