My brother went to see our Mother who had been on Ward 21 for a few days. Another lady was in her bed.
On enquiring with the nursing staff they did not know where she was in fact they were surprised she wasn't there.
After being told she had been discharged they eventually found the ward that she had been moved to.
It took around 45 minutes to track her down as there was no information on the computer system.
"Ward 21 lost our 87 year old Mother"
