About: Specialist community health services / Continence service

(as the patient),

I was seen by Continence Nurse Specialist Michelle last week at Wellington Hospital.

This was my second time around,, and unlike the first attempt I found this time, with Michelle, to

 be very effective.

Michelle was very patient and understanding, and a pleasure to consult.

She has subsequently followed up by telephone, and has made arrangements that are working 

very satisfactorily.

I wish to commend Michelle highly, and express my thanks to her
