(as the patient),

I had two teeth extracted at Stoke Mandeville Hospital - Outpatients Department this week, under conscious sedation. After an excruciating run-in with NHS bureaucracy at its worst when setting up the appointment, the care I received from the dental surgeon and dental nurses at the hospital was truly phenomenal. I was nervous about the procedure, but they were all incredibly kind putting me at ease. I felt like the staff throughout the hospital had all the time in the world to look after their patients, which is not something you see in all hospitals. I'd like to say a huge thank you to everyone who looked after me so well.
