I came to the West Ealing area after a breakup with my boyfriend. At 1st I was numb for a long time, I didn’t know how to process my emotions or how to feel them. I had also lost a lot of family members in the last few years. It felt as if my family was getting smaller and smaller by the day. My nana had died and the 1 person who was holding the family together was gone. Someone I called every day. My family was falling apart 300 miles away and I didn’t know what to do.
With that, the break up and starting to grieve for all the family loss all together at the same time and a bad day in the office. I felt that I could go on. I felt like my life was worthless. I was ready to end my life. Something stopped me and I got help. I got referred to Ealing IAPT, a brilliant, amazing lady called Carole helped me go from this broken man to someone ready to conquer the world.
I can’t thank Carole enough for everything. I owe my life to her. I did several sessions with her. Just talking about how I felt, being able to break down those walls and to actually talk and for someone to actually hear me and listen, it meant a lot to me as I didn’t know who to turn to. Carole, hey thank you for everything, you have helped me in everything. I can never thank you enough x
