"Poor"

I had an initial consultation for a Colonoscopy. The reception staff were very helpful but the centre was very busy.The clinic was running late and the consultation seemed rushed. Some of the preparation for this was not explained and I didn;t know about this until I received a follow up letter.

I couldn't make the first appointment but the letter did say you can change the appointment #up to twice''.However I was telephoned two days later by a member of staff not pleased at me wanting to change. She was quite dismissive and I did not get a chance to tell her I care for my disabled wife so not always available.

I am very reluctant to go back now and I wouldn't recommend this centre to anyone else.
