About: Dr Dp Shah's Practice

(as the patient),

Made a visit to the surgery earlier this week and found the service to be as helpful as always.

The Receptionist was polite and pleasant.

I had the flu jab with the nurse several weeks ago and found her as efficient as always and once again very pleasant.

I am very sorry for the delay in responding to this comment.

I had responded via

Care Opinion and they were supposed to publish the response.

Today I received the most recent comment via NHS Choices and notice the response is not here

I have informed them today.

Thank you so much for this comment all staff are aware it was made.

It is really encouraging when staff are appreciated
