"Disgusting 3 members of staff in A&E very rude"

About: The James Cook University Hospital / Accident and emergency

3 members of staff were very rude. the nurse handing the discharge medication was very rude and patronising, the head nurse was also very rude and another member of staff rude when asked for a discharge summary which is normal procedure in other hospitals
