"A sorry mess"

I had been a patient for over 50 years at this surgery and gradually over the years it went drastically downhill, in part due to changes within the nhs but also due to inefficient staff and management. I thought this would be the norm at most doctors surgeries how wrong I was, having moved away from the area I had to register with a new GP and the difference is unbelievable, they are a very busy surgery just like the Warren but the similarity stops there, brilliant doctors, lovely nurses and reception staff that actually smile and don’t make you feel as if you are a nuisance, the surgery is bright, clean and welcoming, I am at last receiving the appropriate treatment for my condition which unfortunately I didn’t receive at the warren.

Maybe management should take a good look at the areas letting the Warren down which appears to be most things, perhaps advice from surgeries that have got it right.
