"Appointment phone line."

About: Dinas Lane Medical Centre

(as the patient),

I got through the phone line around 8: 03am, and told me on the line position number one, but until 8: 40am I' still on hold, it is very annoying, it is very very difficult to get through the phone line, and when I through with no answer, when I try again with no appointment available. I was so cross.

I'm sorry to hear you have had problems making contact with the Practice.

We have had our phone lines checked by IT and they are in working order but unfortunately the structure they sit on cannot cope with the demand of calls we receive at 8 am in the morning. They are looking to enhance this.

If you have access to a PC, tablet or phone can I suggest on-line booking for appointments as this may help.
