Trying to call surgery regarding an urgent matter for my elderly father. Have now called 27 times in the last week, never once got through!

Sorry to hear that you have had issues contacting us. We have improve the phone lines by having other ways of contacting the surgery such as online and e-Consultation which should free up the telephone lines.
