"A&E visit"

I attended A&E early in the evening of 1st November with an eye injury. I was dealt with quickly with care and understanding by the receptionist, and within 10 minutes was examined by the triage sister and given pain relief. 10 minutes later I was examined thoroughly and treated by a doctor, again with care and understanding and given medication to use at home. Throughout my visit I was impressed by the systems in use in the department and the professionalism and manner of all the people who dealt with me.
