About: Royal Bolton Hospital / Ophthalmology

I have just returned from the Eye unit at. RBH.ihad an appointment on 25/9/18.i was seen by one particular consultant who after a thorough examination, and tests was under the impression I had a minor stroke. He requested I see one particular staff member who deals with double vision and squint.the following day after examination she was in agreement with the consultant as regards the diagnosis,

After five weeks ,I am delighted to say the symptoms have gone, and I can see perfectly well.

Today I saw the staff member again who was very pleased and has discharged me from her care.

I then saw the consultant who was also delighted with my progress, but I feel it may have been a very different story if he hadn’t acted so promptly, having various scans and medication. He was so professional from start to finish.

I had some photographs taken by the other staff member who was lovely and professional

I would like to say how delighted I am with this team who all are assets to the Eye Unit,

Thank you all once again.
