What I liked

The fact that all the staff were very professional and were able to carry out there work in an effective manor. This meant that the patient was able to relax in an environment that was delivering high quality patient care. I was there for an operation and I have found the subsequent Outpatient appointments to have been of the same high standard.

What could be improved

Ususal moan about car parking prices and were does that money go? No moans or complaints about the staff or the quality of care.

Anything else?

Keep up the high level that you have set yourselves.

The team will be delighted to hear that they provided you with high quality care during your hospital visits and we will be very happy to pass your comments on to them.

With regards to your car parking comment, we continually review our car parking charges to make sure they are kept as low as possible. They are amongst the most favourable in the region compared to other trusts.

Our car parking facilities are provided by Summit Healthcare (Dudley) Ltd and managed by Interserve (Facilities Management) Ltd as part of our Private Finance Initiative contract. Car parking income is received by Interserve for the operating costs of the car park including maintenance, security, repairs etc.
