I visited kings mill A + E in the early hours of Tuesday morning 6 th November

From the outset I was treated with care and respect

I was seen swiftly and was admitted to ward 11 with a back injury

The doctor nurse and hca who looked after me gave me reassurance from the outset during a time which, for me, was quite distressing. They communicated with myself and my wife who was with me, ensuring that we both knew exactly what was going on and what was expected. I was constantly put at ease and it made the experience much more bearable despite the pain I was in - again, something that was always managed and prioritised. This is my second stay at Kingsmill, and again the care and service was remarkable, so I would just like to say thank you to every single person I encountered greatly.
