"Website inaccessibility (hopeless)"

My Mum is in Twyford Ward after a stroke. I'm expecting to collect her today. Trying to find a number so I can call to make arrangements. Am at my elderly parents' home where there is no wifi. The hospital trust website links that come up on google won't open on either my android or my Apple smartphone, message that it's taking too long to respond. Have tried numerous searches but they all go to the same website. This overview site for reviews doesn't give ward details that I can find. Wikipedia is more useful! But it still doesn't help on what I'm looking for. Very, very stressful and disappointing.
