What I liked

Warm & welcoming staff on 23a who gave my daughter who has special needs all the support she needed to make a potentially traumatic experience less so. The atmosphere on the ward was very relaxed and they obviously work well together as a team.

Every member of staff involved, from the consultants down over, could not have been more helpful and caring. Thank you to everyone from a very appreciative mother.
