"Absolute rubbish."

I am so appalled with the service I got on the phone from the same day access centre today. I am 26 weeks pregnant with a continuous UTI. Firstly they sent a sample of urine off to the lab, they claimed it came back with no growth which I thought that is brilliant. The odd thing was I’m still getting symptoms, so I booked an appointment with a doctor and he said I have a severe infection. Not only did they cause this situation. I got put on tablets for the infection, a week later still got symptoms phone up the surgery today and they said that because my sample came back ok they are not going to see me. How ridiculous, not only does UTIs in pregnancy cause premature labour. If left too long can cause the severity off the infection to spread. I am so shocked with how the surgery has dealt with this and will not be using again.
