"Unprofessional and rude"

The admin staff that I spoke to on the telephone were very rude and I was once hung up on by a member of staff. The organisation of the service was poor and clearly different departments didn’t work together. On one occasion I received a text 10 minutes before an appointment telling me it was now an hour later and then I was discharged when I couldn’t attend the appointment that I’d never agreed to. I was made to feel very belittled and even more anxious than usual. Absolutely would not recommend this service and hope the admin staff become a lot more professional and pleasant.
