What I liked

All of the staff I encountered during my visit to the Royal Free this morning were courteous, polite, kind and helpful. My treatment was patiently and carefully explained to me and my wishes taken into account. The waiting time was also acceptable - it was a busy winter morning in the Orthopaedics department so could have been much worse.

What could be improved

Nothing.

Anything else?

I would recommend the Royal Free Orthopaedics department to anyone. The staff are exemplary.
