"Horrible experiences"

This surgery has steadily declined into an uncaring and impersonal business.

The astounding lack of listening skills and empathy from the doctor yesterday has only added to my pain and misery that I have been experiencing at the end of my pain threshold)for months.

After eventually getting an appointment I had a glimmer of hope that a medical professional would help me. This couldn’t be further from the truth.

I was belittled and not taken seriously as if I didn’t matter and the doctor took away pain relief that would normally be prescribed as a repeat prescription and said I could buy over the counter products instead.

A recent visit to hospital showed that I need a new knee and I am struggling, really struggling to function now especially as I work 12 hour shifts.

With the the largest amount of disregard and complete lack of empathy this doctor stated “yeah, we will have to send you to the knee clinic!”
