"Staff responded kindly to my unusual request!"

About: The Border Practice

I recently popped into The Border Practice surgery to ask about a Saturday morning flu jab. Unfortunately while parking up, my car gave one of those dashboard warnings you would rather not see. My engine had lost most of its coolant and without some immediate assistance, I would have been effectively stranded. What do I do?

The receptionist could sense my stress and once my flu jab appointment had been booked, went out of her way to find me a kettle from the staff room and water for my car engine. Her colleague found me a pouring cup and together, they calmed the situation for me including the offer of putting the water in for me-which I declined. I would just like to say a big thank you to these two ladies for going out of their way for me.

Dear Mr Chuter

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review and rate our service.

It was certainly one of the more unusual requests and I am so pleased that we were able to help make sure you were not stranded.

I have spoken with our reception team and passed on your kind words to them.

Thank you so much and I do hope that your car is now working well.

Regards

Sarah
