(as a service user),

I have been under the care of Dr Gompels and the rheumatology department for several years now. I have to say how professional he is firstly but also very caring and compassionate. He is also very empathetic as regards my job as a Piano Teacher. He listens patiently to my endless questions/ suggestions/queries. He never rushes the consultation and answers everything I ask about. His administration team including secretaries are also very helpful to me. I am extremely happy with my care from Dr Gompels and his team whilst recognising the enormous pressures they and the NHS are under.
