About: Shepton Mallet NHS Treatment Centre

Having been told by so many people, "Go to Shepton" I did and certainly did not regret it.

Not looking forward to treatment, who does? I was at all times very well looked after by all the staff. It was good to get an appointment within two weeks where elsewhere it was months. Then having arrived, the surroundings in the waiting area were very pleasant and laid out as if one were visiting the Cafe. My appointment time arrived and a nurse called my name, forgive the sarcasm but I have needed the NHS so many times and am not used to this. My treatment was almost as prompt. And looked after exceptionally well with a problem of mine arising after treatment. All the staff are so friendly and those not involved with my treatment still acknowledged me.

Shepton appears to me to be run how I would imagine a Private Hospital to operate. Well done Shepton Mallet and thank you, a good example of the NHS at it's best.
