"Excellent Care in Ophthalmology"

About: Cumberland Infirmary / Ophthalmology

I have had three appointments in this department since August and the care I have received from all of the staff has been excellent.

They are very thorough with their investigations and will call on another member of staff for a second opinion if necessary; which is very reassuring.

I was kept fully informed at each stage of the investigations and treated with respect at all times.

This is a very busy department and you could be there up to around three hours depending on what needs to be done and the number of patients waiting to be seen.

Thank you so much for the excellent care I have received.
