"Attended induction training"

I attended induction training for my new post for the LPFT. I was incredibly impressed by the staff and facilities. All needs were catered for and the staff present were all incredibly professional and warm at the same time. When starting a new job impressions are important for the place of work as well as the new employee and I have to say that I was really encouraged by the kind of conduct the staff displayed there.

Thank you David. I’m so pleased that you enjoyed your Trust Induction day and were made to feel so welcome. We do our very best each month, to ensure that each and every person is put at ease on what can be a very anxious first day in their new job! So many representatives are keen to see you on your first day, but we aim to ensure the day is about your needs and providing you with the information you need to settle into LPFT as smoothly as possible.
