(as the patient),

I was very happy with how I was looked after. Everyone was polite and courteous. Everything was explained to me. All staff were excellent. If a visit to an outpatients clinic could be termed 'pleasant', then my experience was certainly that plus first class surroundings!

Thank you for your very welcome and positive comments about the staff and facilities at the new Victoria Hospital.

I am very glad that your experience was such a 'pleasant' one and that the staff put you at ease throughout your visit.

Hospital appointments can be an anxious time for any patient, and staff do their best to support patients through the process, I am glad that you took the time and trouble to write to let us know that this was your experience.
