"Why is there no children's area at New Victoria Hospital"

About: New Victoria Hospital (Glasgow)

(as a relative),

I brought my brother up to the hospital and our visit lasted 3 hours. I had my son with me who is 4 years old. I was very disappointed to find out that there are no children's area anywhere within the hospital of the grounds.

It was very difficult to keep him entertained for such a long period. The size of this hospital, I am sure a small corner could be provided for children to play.

I hope you take this on board as I will be on the lookout next time I am here.

Very many thanks for your feedback and your suggestion.

The difficulties posed by keeping young children 'entertained' while you are being seen are readily appreciated.

I have passed on your suggestion to the local site facilities manager to see if there is anything that can be done to assist those looking after young children when visiting the Hospital.

Paul
