About: Lincoln County Hospital / Urology

I was in Lincoln hospital for a major operation, after recovery i was on Hatton ward, clean and was looked after very well for two days, then i was moved to Clayton ward for a night before discharge, There was no comparison between the two wards.I was wheeled down at 5pm and left next to a bed. No one spoke to me on Clayton ward until a few hours later when i asked for my dressing to be changed.because my drain was leaking. 10 for Hatton ward and 2 for Clayton ward.

I was very sorry to hear about your experience on Clayton Ward and I apologise that no one spoke to you until you asked for your dressing to be changed. I will feedback to the team as this is not the experience we want our patients on Clayton Ward to have.
